Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges: "I need a different size"
Email us, Tell us your order number and size you would like. Send the item back to us at the customer's cost and we will ship the size you want, same day the returned item arrives. We do not do exchanges on international orders.

Refunds: "Its not what i want"

Email us, let us know how we can help, if a return is approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected by us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We do not do exchanges on international orders.

If we sent the wrong item or size:

Email us, We will send you the correct item straight away with a new bag and a pre-paid return label. Put the wrong item in the bag and drop it off at the post office. Easy done! Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Its very rare, so dont worry, Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If something is wrong, we want to know. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Hats, Socks and underwear. Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, during sale periods or purchases made by international customers.

All products purchased during our Black Friday event or sold at a discounted price are strictly final sale. No returns, exchanges, or store credits will be issued for any sale items.

These items are offered at significantly reduced prices, which is why they are sold on a no-return, no-exchange basis. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
